Doc. Hartford - Galaxy Rangers

   O gênio da computação Doutor Walther Hartford, dos Galaxy Rangers foi elaborado usando como base um corpo de um Lex Luthor e a cabeça de um Lanterna Verde, John Stewart. Todo o corpo foi lixado e recebeu um novo uniforme esculpido com massa epóxi. A pintura foi feita com aerógrafo usando tinta vinílica. Armas de fogo são de figuras Quepy - World Peacekeepers.

   The computer genius Dr. Walther Hartford, from the Galaxy Rangers animated series, was prepared using as a base body of a Lex Luthor and the head of a Green Lantern, John Stewart. The entire body was sanded and given a new costume sculpted with epoxy putty. The painting was done using vinyl paint with airbrush. Firearms used from Quepy - World Peacekeepers figures.
